My Life on the Island is a tale of friendship, family, fun, fudge, and being the only fifth graders on a small island in Northern Michigan.
Henry and Hazel are best friends who enjoy all the island has to offer, be it in summer, or winter. They also try to understand what is that thing that brings so many visitors to the island year after year.
