From Two, We Grew

This memoir weaves a love story that spans over 9 decades. The author and her mother present their family history through shared memories of both extreme joy and family tragedy. Faith, love and humor have built and strengthened this family over those many years. Beginning with high school love and extending through 80 years of creating and cherishing a family of 14 children, Donna shares with her daughter Mary stories and insights that she had never shared with anyone before. 13 of the Small children share their memories and stories, as well.

From those two high school sweethearts, Donna and Bob Small, an intensely strong and fiercely loyal family was created and continues to thrive today, still within the presence of their very loved and admired matriarch.
